With many years of property management behind us bd The Estate Agent offer a service second to none to our landlord clients which extends beyond collecting rents to periodic property inspections. A written report will be sent to the landlord after each inspection. (This report is not a survey and should not be taken as such).

At bd The Estate Agent we believe that a six month assured shorthold tenancy is the most advantageous agreement from both landlord and tenant point of view as it offers maximum flexibility to both parties. All of our prospective tenants are subject to reference checks and a credit search in an effort to ensure that the applicant is suitable and financially able to meet the commitments expected of a good tenant.

Single properties or portfolios of any size, we offer the landlord a first class service whether full management or our “find only” service. Our fees are very competitive especially when you take into account the level of service supplied.
